We love training with power at iCYCLE! After each participant has completed a FTP assessment (functional threshold power) our very intelligent software system will work out your own individualised Power Training Zones.
This means no more guess work like a regular "Spin" class, now you can train with confidence, knowing exactly how hard to work and when.
Best of all you will receive an email with personalised feedback after each session. This allows you to track your progress and of course brag about how awesome you are!
